1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services on the bk45 platform ("Platform" or "Site"). By visiting the bk45 website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

If you do not accept any condition stated in these Terms, please refrain from using the bk45 platform. These Terms may be updated at any time, and every change will be published on this page.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply equally to all bk45 gaming services, sports betting, live casino, slot games, and promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or games, and these will be published alongside the relevant offer.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on bk45, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Minors are not permitted to open an account. bk45 may request proof of identity to verify age when necessary.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false or incorrect information is provided, bk45 reserves the right to close the account and withhold any pending payments.

2.4 Verification Process

bk45 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in account restrictions.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bk45 support immediately.
• Do not share your account access with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support right away.

All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have notified bk45 of a security breach in a timely manner.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on bk45 for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

bk45 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — The most widely used mobile banking method in Bangladesh.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may be longer if verification is required.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be held if the verification process is not complete. Every withdrawal request goes through a security check.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk45 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳31,000.
• ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus only once.
• If the deposited amount is withdrawn after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only.
• bk45 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bk45 suspects a breach of bonus terms, it may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP Program

The bk45 VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and deposits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

bk45 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures the impartiality of every outcome.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bk45 reserves the right to set or change betting limits on any account.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a server outage, network issue, or software error results in an incomplete bet or game session, bk45 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the user's staked amount. Incorrect payouts or odds displayed as a result of a technical error may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and the original stake is returned. In certain circumstances, if a specified amount of play has taken place, the result may stand.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or concealing identity to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the game or payment system.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bk45 systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bk45

bk45 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide information required for verification.
• At the direction of a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user who wishes to close their own account may contact bk45 support. Before the account is closed, all pending bets must be settled and any applicable withdrawal conditions must be met.

9 Responsible Gaming

bk45 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. Users are advised to play within their financial means.

12 Limitation of Liability

bk45 will not be held responsible for the following:

• If gaming is interrupted due to internet connection failure or device issues.
• If transactions are delayed due to third-party software or payment providers.
• If account information is leaked due to your own negligence.
• If online gaming is illegal in your jurisdiction — that responsibility is entirely yours.
• If data is lost due to unexpected technical failure.

bk45 provides all services on an "as is" basis and reserves the right to temporarily suspend any service at any time.

13 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the bk45 support team first. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 7 (seven) business days.

13.1 Complaint Process

• Submit your complaint via live chat or email.
• Provide the time, date, and full details of the complaint.
• bk45 will notify you of its decision after a proper investigation.
• If you are unsatisfied with the decision, you may apply for a review.

13.2 Game Result Disputes

In any dispute regarding game results, bk45's server logs will be considered as final evidence. If it is possible to change any result due to a technical error, bk45 will do so after a proper investigation.

14 Changes to Terms

bk45 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or on the platform.

Continued use of bk45 after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
